In Sri Lanka, CARE is working to scale up voice and advocacy to the national level, working with and through civil society coalitions in influencing national actors, including relevant ministries or the parliament (e.g. CARE Sri Lanka’s engagement with the Women’s Parliamentary Caucus).

In Bangladesh, CARE Bangladesh have recently launched a radio programme series called “Dialogue on Good Governance” as part of the JATRA Project- Extreme Rural Poverty Program. Through this platform CARE Bangladesh promote various aspects of their models that they have developed to focus on the local governance system and citizen participation in it.
