Every Voice Counts (EVC) Community Score Card (CSC) Exchange Visit
Kigali, Rwanda, 18-20th May 2017.
Every Voice Counts (EVC) is a multi-country programme which aims to promote inclusive and effective governance processes in fragile settings. The programme highlights the potential of the Community Score Card (CSC) as a tool towards increasing participation and inclusive governance processes. On the 18-20th May, the EVC programme held a CSC Exchange Visit in Kigali, Rwanda. The purpose of this visit was to exchange knowledge and experience on the CSC approach and implementation between Afghanistan, Burundi, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sudan and Uganda CARE country offices and respective partner staff, sharing lessons learnt and best practices and jointly reflecting on how to address challenges around making CSC more inclusive and effective in generating information and opportunities for evidence-based advocacy.
