Webinar on Organisational Accountability, IG Guidance Workshop, London 2015
On Friday, 13 November, as part of CIUK’s Inclusive Governance workshop, we hosted a lunch-time panel on Organisational Accountability. This panel session consisted of three external speakers presenting their programme and research work. Our panellists were Isabella Jean, Co-Director of Collaborative Learning at CDA; Kai Hopkins, Senior Consultant at Keystone Accountability; Yoma Winder, Global Partnerships and Accountability Advisor at Oxfam UK and Carla Benham, Accountability Advisor at World Vision UK. The panellists focused their programming, organisational accountability (OA) methodologies, and key learning in embedding robust accountability within organisations. The panel provided insights into how they operationalize their OA frameworks, how to implement in a humanitarian contexts including setting up community feedback systems and creating snowball effects.
